Francoa Willemse

Francoa obtained his LLB degree in 2019 and subsequently completed his LLM in Estate Law during 2020 at the North-West University (Potchefstroom).

Francoa completed his clerkship at HW Theron Inc. and attended Law School at the University of Pretoria, after which he was admitted as an Attorney during 2021. Francoa is also a member of the Golden Key Honour Society.

Francoa was appointed by the Firm in 2021 to specialise in the administration of deceased estates. His theoretical knowledge of the administration of deceased estates and estate planning is an absolute acquisition for the firm.

Francoa is a gentleman and has a great passion for people, arts, sports, and especially enjoys time on his bicycle. Francoa also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
