HISTORY OF THE FIRM

WF Bouwer Attorneys was founded by Willem Bouwer in 1986 and started off as a sole practice until 2021 when the firm was converted to an Incorporated.

Until 2021, Willem Bouwer was assisted by a team of 3 admitted attorneys, two of whom were his sons, and supporting staff. Today, WF Bouwer Attorneys Inc is a well-known law practice that provides specialised services in Estate (deceased and curator bonis) and Trust administration and consists of 9 attorneys and supporting staff.

The firm is actively involved in the community, by participating in the annual National Wills Week at local communities, engaging with the Master’s Office on a stakeholder level and educating law students by hosting regular student projects.
