HISTORY OF THE FIRM

WF Bouwer Attorneys was founded by Willem Bouwer in 1986 and started off as a sole practice until 2021 when the firm was converted to an Incorporated.

Until 2021, Willem Bouwer was assisted by a team of 3 admitted attorneys, whom two of them being his sons, and supporting staff. At the commencement of 2021, the firm was expanded when Derik De Beer – who was previously a Director at Gildenhuys Malatji Inc. – joined the firm.

Today, WF Bouwer Attorneys Inc is a well-known law practice that provides specialised services in Estate (deceased and curator bonis) and Trust administration and consists of 7 attorneys and supporting staff.
